Here are some examples of lies and destortions of the truth by Ed King.

The UGLA isn't gone nor did if "morph", it simple changed its name. The Grand Lodge of London (1717) later changed its name to the Grand Lodge of England. I wonder why he doesn't point that out too?

"Their website now claims they're a continuation of the "Masonic traditions begun by brothers such as Benjamin Franklin and the Marquis De Lafayette." WHAT Masonic traditions? We know of know Masonic traditions begun by either. In fact, Ben Franklin was vigorous in exposing imposters to Freemasonry..."

Both Lafayett and Franklin were members of the Grand Orient of France. Even when Franklin returned to America he remained a member of the Grand Orient of France and refused to join the newly formed Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania.

"While they claim that "Our lineage can be traced back through the Grand Orient of France to the original speculative Grand Lodge of London that was established in 1717.", such a claim is simply absurd."

Our Patents are physical proof that we are indeed carrying on the traditions of the GOdF. Feel free to phone the GOdF if you don't believe me.

All of the lodges and members are still with us. Yes, the Birmingham lodge broke away, but they came back.

If any of this stuff is true then where are the Masons that were duped, cheated, and defrauded? Can you name one? Show me one person that claims they were lied to, decieved, etc. You can't because they don't exist.

I think it's pretty clear from these examples that Ed is not being honest nor fair, and that he has zero integrity.

Let me tell you how all of this began. Ed was posting pseudo history on the Philalethes list and I called him on it. He dug his heels in and kept pushing. Finally, I posted quotes from early Freemasons in England and the Netherlands. He was so thoroughly humiliated that he decided to use MasonicInfo to begin attacking me as a person. At the time I was a Master Mason in good standing with the Grand Lodge of Georgia.

This is a petty fight that started when Ed's ego got bruised many years ago. His knowledge of Masonic history is as bad now as it was back then. Sorry to burst your bubble but the facts are what they are.

Regarding Bro. Brad: he is not a member of the GOUSA yet but I would like to think he will become one when the new lodge opens in Seattle this fall. He was the victim of the petty agregious actions of certain California Masons. They were more interested in crucifying this young man than hunting down the child molestors and prostitute loving Jesters. I was the only brother who came to his defense and aid (like all Masons are sworn to do).

I'm sure he's made some mistakes in his life as we all have, but he's young and just getting started in his adult life. The way he was treated by certain California Masons is unacceptable. How can you pretend to make good men better when you don't even try to help them become better? Tell me, which one of you has never done anything wrong, or done something you were ashamed of or regretted later?

Quit posturing and start acting like a Mason!
